The Streets of Hope San Diego thanks MEDLIFE SDSU for feeding San Diego’s homeless this Monday night.

“…provide helping hands to communities in need. “

MEDLIFE SDSU has served downtown’s homeless with us on the streets many times before.  So tonight we asked Joel K. to write up something for why they keep coming down and what motivates them to keeps serving, even in the colder, rainy nights on the streets of downtown. Here’s what Joel said:

“At MEDLIFE SDSU, our goal is to empower communities locally and abroad by working to improve medicine, education and community development. Our group of passionate students from San Diego State University look for opportunities to provide helping hands to communities in need. We partner with Streets of Hope in an effort to connect with our local homeless populations and ensure they receive basic living necessities, acknowledgment, and assistance from the constraints of poverty. We look forward to continuing our mission with Streets of Hope and building a community to change lives.”
