Homeless Girl Lauren Gets Her First Haircut

Tonight at our special event to feed and clothe San Diego’s homeless, we got a special surprise when we met Lauren and her mom.

Lauren is only six years old and has never had a haircut before! When her and her mom were first offered a haircut, her mom was excited but Lauren was scared. We promised her it wouldn’t hurt and she agreed if she got to sit on her mom’s lap. So Wylie from the Country Club Barber Shop had the honor of cutting her hair for the first time. 

Thanks Lauren for making our night!
