4:30pm-615pm – Hair Cuts for the Homeless
5:00pm-6:00pm – Night Set Up and Donations Collections
6:25pm-6:35pm – Mini-Message about Why We Have Christmas
6:40pm-7:15pm – Dinner Served to the homeless
6:15pm-8:00pm – Handing out clothing & other donations to the homeless
7:50pm-8:00pm – Close out and Clean Up

For this special Christmas homeless San Diego event we are expecting to serve 100+ homeless brothers and sisters on the streets and need all the help we can get! There will be hair cutting at this event. We will have a few of our corporate sponsors available with donations and help.
For this event we need your help with providing the following:
- You personal clothing donations
- Any old blankets you might have
We also need volunteers for:
- Sweeping hair and helping the haircut team
- Prepping and serving food
- Sorting out and handing out donations
- Set up and clean up
- Background assisting
- Talking to and encouraging the homeless
