Meet JJ. An eager homeless man with one of the cutest bulldogs you’ve ever seen. JJ is currently homeless, but doesn’t plan to stay that way. 

About a month ago, JJ came to Streets of Hope wanting to build his resume to apply for a jobs. He’s determined to get back on his feet and off the streets and knew Streets of Hope could help. Our resume service team helped JJ build a professional Resume and also provided him with training around best practice with finding and applying to jobs. 

Having researched and found himself a few good options, JJ needed a phone to use in order to apply. 

This week Streets of Hope San Diego had the pleasure of gifting JJ a phone. We look forward to his next steps and believe his persistence will pay off.

Streets of Hope has helped find housing for 8 homeless friends to date and were hoping to make JJ number nine.
